Energy and Endurance
I am a 25 year-old student of occupational therapy and the first difference I noticed was extra hours at the end of my day AND the best sleep I've ever experienced...night after night! Then I noticed I was seeing new, fine hairs on the top of my head when I went to get my hair cut. I couldn't figure out why I had these new hairs...until I remembered the Omega's in the Vipak (which help support natural nail and hair growth). On top of all this, I have been training for the half marathon. I had an 8 mile Sunday to put in for my training. I pepped myself up for the run (which was my longest pavement run ever in my life) and I was utterly amazed at how great I felt after finishing the run (half of which was straight into the southeast wind). Having tried many other nutritional products, I can say the Vi-PAK far excels any other nutritional product I have ever used. For the past 32 years I have been an avid runner. At 57 years old, I continue to run 10 to 15 miles a week. Since adding the Vi-PAK to my diet and exercise program, I feel like I have more endurance while running, my recovery time has improved, and I do not have the aches and pains associated with extensive exercise that I remember getting before. In addition, since being on the Vi-PAK, I have gained back two to three hours per day in productive activity due to the added energy. Losing 13 pounds was a nice bonus as well!
